Top Cuff
The correct sizing of the top cuff is essential to ensure stability and perfect sealing of the sleeve. Testori can offer specific and unique solutions for any type of configuration required.

Tubolar
Made on automated lines with triple continuous stitching or by heat sealing (feasible with all polymers based on their suitable properties).

Bottom
The bottom is a bag element particularly stressed during the operation; relative choice of the most appropriate configuration is therefore important to maximize the resistance and efficiency of the sleeve over time.

PTFE Taping
 Seams of tailoring details and tubular can be sealed with special PTFE taping to protect them from wear and to maximize filtering efficiency of the bag.

Testori Group supplies multi-channel bags for many applications, mainly in the production of aluminum and asphalt. We guarantee complete traceability of the product: all products and production phases are controlled with appropriately defined quality tests.

We offer high levels of customization solutions.

Different top cuff options are available according to specific needs: snap, rubber edges or felt flanges. The bottom of the bags can be made without the bottom but with pences to allow the assembly of special cages.

In drying, granulation and coating processes made in a fluid bed processor, high-capacity flow combined with complete retention of the particles are most important.
Testori produces high quality fluid bed bags that allow for high air flows.
